INSERT - sequential

This TabExercise demonstrates how a multi-step exercise can be used to perform a "write" operation, then query the resulting table. The contents are identical to the previous exercise, except they are now broken down into two steps.

Note the result of the first sub-exercise does not persist to the second sub-exercise, but this doesn't matter since the second query is appended to the first in the second sub-exercise. We can already do a lot using this approach.
