Preparing the brand reputation survey

In this exercise, you'll revisit many of the topics covered throughout this first chapter to check for understanding.

Let's explore the brand_rep_9 survey as collected by a fictitious outdoor goods company, Crunchola, to measure its brand's reputation. This dataset consists of nine 5-point, Likert-style survey items. Variable descriptions are included in a pre-loaded vector, b_rep_items. We will conduct some pre-processing and exploration of the survey.
