Building final logistic regression model
We removed the highly collinear variables (level
and compensation
) to create train_set_final
. It's time for you to build the final logistic regression model using this dataset. This model will be used to predict the probability of turnover of all the employees.
This exercise is part of the course
HR Analytics: Predicting Employee Churn in R
Exercise instructions
- Build a logistic regression model using all the independent variables in
train_set_final
to predictturnover
. - Print the summary of this model.
