- Mutate
wagesby adding a column containing the median ofCPI_average. - Select the new column, renaming it as
med_CPI, theyearcolumn, and column containing the sum offederal_min_wagecolumn, changing the DataFrame in place. - Use the
maximumfunction onwagesin such a way that the result has only one line and one column, containing the maximum of theyearcolumn.
