Oregon Health Experiment Data: Finding Another ATE

Now let's check the treatment effect on diastolic blood pressure values bp_var_inp across our treatment and control groups. Once again, we'll use a t-test to measure statistical significance, and assume a p-value of less than .05 is statistically significant.
